September 2007 Rhiz.eu Rhiz.eu is an online intercultural meeting place developed by the European Cultural Foundation (ECF) to give its members an easy and fun environment for communicating and collaborating. The ECF celebrates cultural richness and diversity in and around Europe and Rhiz.eu is one of the activities developed as part of their focus on diversity in the lead-up to (and going beyond) the 2008 European Year of Intercultural Dialogue. It is a trans-European project that aims to be an interesting artistic project in itself whilst acting as a bridge between communities.
