Beyond the Sea/Outremer This was a collaboration between Arts Council England South East, the French Embassy and Visiting Arts, celebrating the strong creative partnerships that exist between France and the UK and aiming to encourage further collaboration between the two countries in their work in East Africa. As part of this project 12 music and dance programmers and producers from South East England and France travelled together to the Festival of the Dhow Countries in Zanzibar. The participants also were involved in two seminars whilst at the festival. For more details please contact: Sioned Hughes
